Representatives from the East Development Office of CEDD, together with the engineering team, collaborated with the Hing Tin Care Team. Ahead of the Mid-Autumn Festival, they joined Legislative Council Member Mr. Tang Ka-piu, BBS, JP and Kwun Tong District Councilor Mr. Yu Shiu-lun to distribute festive supplies to residents of Hing Tin Estate.

Representatives from the East Development Office of CEDD led the engineering team in a joint initiative with the On Tat Care Team. Ahead of the Mid-Autumn Festival, they partnered with Kwun Tong District Councilor Mr. Hsu Yau-wai to distribute festive supplies, including mooncakes, beverages, and biscuits to residents of On Tat Estate, sharing warmth and holiday cheer with the community.

Ahead of the Dragon Boat Festival, we distributed festive care packages containing sticky rice dumplings, rice, biscuits, and other seasonal supplies to residents at On Tat Estate, joined by Kwun Tong District Councilors Mr. Hsu Yau-wai and Mr. Cheung Pui-kong, spreading festive warmth throughout the community.
